Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Dubai Luxury Chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Dubai Luxury Chauffeur provides premium chauffeur and transportation services in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed by our team
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS
• Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise stated
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or parking

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
• Respect the vehicle and chauffeur
• Comply with UAE laws and regulations
• No smoking or illegal activities in vehicles

Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Dubai Luxury Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
